If you choose to return an item due to the color or any reason, you will be liable for outbound and return shipping, plus a restocking fee of 20%. ALL returns must be shipped back in the original packaging. Please note that the color of an item may vary on your screen. Returnsī will happily offer you a refund on most items if you return those items (exceptions are listed below) in their original condition within 7 days of receipt. Antiques have natural cracks and aging effects.
AntiquesĪntique items are sold in their original condition. If shipping damage occurs with the carrier, you are responsible for not accepting the item and filing a claim directly with the carrier. Please contact us for international shipping quotes. Some items, such as some beds, large cabinets with multiple pieces, and anything with a canopy, additional charges will apply for assembly. White Glove delivery includes 15 minutes of assembly. In this case, we will provide a Custom Quote. Belle Escape reserve the right add additional fees for shipping when the piece is oversized and/or the address is outside of normal delivery areas. Addresses which are considered "Remote" by shipping carriers, which could mean in the mountains or countryside, will incur an additional fees ($495 - $995). Addresses that are "Remote" or accessible only by "Ferry" will incur an extra fee of $275 at the time of shipping.

Free Shipping Conditionsįree shipping applies to the contiguous U.S. Once an order is placed, we will confirm an estimated shipping timeframe with you via email. If you have multiple furniture items, please call us for an estimate so that we can get you the most affordable price possible. Please note that "White Glove" service includes delivery on the first floor for items going up a flight of stairs, please select "White Glove Delivery with Stairs".
If you desire White Glove Service, you can choose this option in the drop-down box next to the item you are ordering. This means that your furniture will be delivered in boxes to the front of your home at no additional charge. For furniture going to an address in the continental U.S., door front shipping is "Free". Many of our products, especially the hand-painted furniture, are made upon order and can take from four to 12 weeks to ship. By purchasing from us, you agree that you understand that delays can occur. When you purchase an item from Belle Escape, we can in no way guarantee a delivery date as the shipping industry sometimes experiences backlogs and staff shortages that can push back the delivery date by days or sometimes weeks. Sometimes shipping delays occur that are not within the control of Belle Escape. Most In-stock furniture items will be shipped within one to two weeks of placing an order and should be received within 7 to 10 business days after it ships. For products that we do not stock, estimated shipping times are noted in the product descriptions. Shipping and delivery days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. While some of our products are shipped directly from Belle Escape via Fedex Ground, many of them are shipped directly from the manufacturers via various ground or freight carriers.
